**Refund & Return Policy**

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we accept returns under the following conditions:

 

**Eligibility for Return** 

- Return request must be made within **7 days** of delivery 

- Item must be **unused**, **unopened**, and in its **original packaging** 

- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

 

**Non-Returnable Items** 

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, our magnetic gua sha tools **cannot be returned or exchanged** once opened or used. 

Please check the product details carefully before opening the packaging.

 

**How to Request a Return** 

1. Email us at admin@theline-beauty.com with your order number and reason for return 

2. We will provide return instructions and the return address 

3. Send the item back using a trackable shipping method 

   *(Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty)*

 

**Refund Process** 

- Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method 

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 

**Damaged or Faulty Items** 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery with photos. 

We will replace the item or provide a full refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
